just wanted to reply to no one this is not a scam we are a legit company she is upset that she had a payday loan and dont want to pay it back. our office does not re-sell any information.
Fraud, just look at their grammar when they are typing! And I hang up on them and google their number and it comes up on twenty different websites as fraud. Reported.
They are a collection based out of atlanta and they are a real company i investigated them thoroughly before providing them my information and they were legit. I'm glad I cleared the matter up because I was about to face some charges. And I definitely don't need that.

They are a collection agency - so they cannot put you in jail for a loan. They may put a judgment against you, but there are no debtors prison. No charges are filed against you. This is the law. Their big hype is they portray themselves as a law firm. Please file a complaint with the Attorney General's office.
