When we have to work and call you from a large call center and call and ask to speak to name why is it when kids are home they will go UGGGH or wrong number over and over or they will hear the name and say it over 50 times and bang it down. Today two hung up on me when I asked to speak to their mom or dad. Kids have no phone ettiquette at all and have not been taught a thing about it and I blame the DNC that gave ALL people the right to treat the average call center like shit. I have to work and am not the only one that has to work I found out. there needs now to be classes on phone ettiquette before it is too late especially for children. today two in the 845 and the 972 and the 703 area codes I asked to speak to their mom or dad banged the phone down at the words Dad or Mom. One kid in the 845 area code told me when I asked for ANN that they would go and get her and said UGGGGGH and banged it down. It is hard to have to work and put up with this and we have to be nice to you when a co-worker says she is your friend and turns you in for asking to speak to your mom or dad and you have to be nice when people on the other end are not and treat the average call center worker like crap. Found out today she was NEVER EVER my friend at work and co workers in call centers are never your friend at all at work and will stab you in the back at every instant when you have done nothing but try and do a good job. she said yesterday she was only trying to help me-B.S. Yor are trying to hurt me and you know it. You are not my friend you know you never were and know what type of bad person you really are. I am not stupid like you think that I am. I have worked in call centers since 1992 and know all about how they are run and how they work.
