i got the same exact call word for word with same mess ups. they claim exact same of fraud and law suit. i take this to be very much a scam and turned phone number over to my attorney general office for my state.
They called my work number (at a Federal Facility!). I called the number back and the lady answered "Internal Revenue Service, how may I help you?". Answered on the first ring!!!!
