if a call doesn;t release the line after a few seconds it a FCC violation of communications file a complaint on the FCC website no one is exempt from that law

I do not appreciate robocalls that won't release the line. Most can be made to hang up by pressing a bunch of numbers, but this one wouldn't. I hung up, and the phone rang again with the robocall still playing. When it was done, I pressed "0" trying to get to a live person, and instead it started over. Not cool at all, and certainly doesn't do their cause any favors. Not to mention, what if someone has an emergency and has to dial 911 while one of these is tying up their line? It's not real likely, but someone could die because of robocalls like this. It should be illegal to hang onto the phone line like that, political call or not.

Getting very annoyed. They called 5 times between 1030-1200. They never leave a msg, so I blocked them.
