I just got a call from this number. When I answered, a recording on the other end said "I'm sorry that is not a valid option" then the call ended.

Yet another solicitor. Called wouldn't answer my questions about what this was regarding and I hung up.

Recording said they were monitoring my credit account but the rep didn't know my name. I asked what number he was calling from and he wouldn't respond. I told him I was on the do not call list and he said "This is America, we can call who we want" After he hung up I called the number back, nothing but a busy signal after 10 calls over an hour.... clearly they don't follow the laws and therefore I have to say SCAM!
