Doesn't stop calling. Unsolicited.

I have not filled anything out to get this number to start calling me but I am a Canadian with an american number as I use the magicjack (all calls in north america are free to send and receive). I can not block any numbers with this magicjack so they are going to get on my nerves and will get whats coming to them. 1 time I had this issue and added a recording on my answering machine saying that this number is disconnected and to call the administrator to get more info.....they stopped calling me. Now I am getting calls like this again, so will do the same and hopefully it helps everyone else.

I have been getting calls from this number, continuously. I have a cell phone, with the Android Market. I the app "Call Control". I am now able to never receive a call from that number, again.

Says his name is David and he's from some Merchant Card Company. My husband answered the phone earlier and told him he wasn't interested and told him to remove the number. Called 3 more times, I answered and he asked for my husband and I asked "May I tell him who's calling" he said sure, I'm David from blah blah and I said yes and my husband told you... "he cut me off and said get off your high horse lady" I said " excuse me, my high horse?" he said F^&* Off and hung up. He called again about 2 hours later, I answered again and he said "oh never mind" I said yes, never mind. He said "Eat me lady". This is ridiculous and totally illegal. Are there any ways to stop this harassment?
