Keeps calling several times but would never leave a message. Scam. Blocked the number. Reported to the FTC & District Attorneys Office in my State.

PORTFOLIO RECOVERY - DEBT COLLECTOR!! Never, ever answer; constant ringing several times a day, every day.
They call me every minute for an hour and then stop and start again. About 25 calls/day. I had to have AT&T block the number in the switch and also filed complaint with FTC.
