These people called my childs cell phone and harrassed him. The lady on the other line was beyond unprofessional and insisted that I prove my child was not the person she was trying to collect a debt from. When I asked her name she wanted to argue and would not let me speak to a supervisor.

This company uses this area code from Atlanta, GA, it is just one of the many, many area codes that they use to make it seem like it is different companies calling.

This company calls every other week or so, always with a different number. They are trying to collect a debt I don't owe. I tell them this and ask them not to call again, but they keep calling. According to them, I need to submit a form stating it's not my loan.

I tell them, over and over again, that according to my rules, I don't have to submit anything to them. They say that's not their rule, so I tell them, you live by your rules, I'll live by mine.

If you are getting calls from them, get a Google Voice account and each time they call, you can "block" them and they can't reach you again from that number, not even to make your phone ring, let alone having to hear their squeaky voice again.

Assholes trying to collect on very very old debt 17 + years old they buy the old debt for maybe 2 cents on the dollar and have no legal right to collect you only owe the original loan/card issuing agency so........
