legal threat despite previous criminal charge filed

I received a voice mail from a man who said his name was Toni DiMarco from FRG and that they were going download a chapter 19 and were going to take legal action against me. This caller had a foreign sounding voice and I also know that no paperwork was ever sent to my address. I know that this is a scam because a co-worker on my job went through the same thing. I will be putting this man's name and number on the FBI investigative web page so that they can do an investigation on these people.
