I received a call from pinister kloson and accociates they said that they were calling for national group llc and they were collect for a loan.They also said that they were calling me to get paymen 0f 700 dollars or mak installment payments for a loan thaI got from National Group LLC . Name was mrs. Taylor then Mrs. Adams. I have been receiving calls for a week now.calling. I remember wn I calledthe back I said someone call mefrom this number ad the they said we called this number and it said that we hd te wrong number then they said are you ? I adys then they said we are collectin for National Group LLC. I got scared and gave my card info.Is this a scam or what.

Penister, Closson & Associates...they just called and said they're contacting me regarding a complaint that has been placed on my social security number for a bad check. I have no bad checks to anyone. I'm soooo tired of debt collectors contacting me before verifying I'm the correct person. They just find my phone number and assume because I'm in the same state as another person with my name that they can call me. This is the 3rd agency that has called me regarding another person with the same name. Not even the same middle initial or contact information. Very irritating that they don't verify information before contacting random people.
