Got a call this morning from a woman investigator from DT and Associates?? calling for my mother regarding a case that needs to be handled today or will be taken through the litigation process. I have been getting calls from other agnecie as well such as Vandenberg Chase and Associates and its really annoying. My mother says she has no debt and they dont even call her number only mine.

I have received at least three calls from Agent Hobbs in the past 3-4 months. This past week he not only called my home number, he also called a relative and left a similar message with her that upset her greatly.

Attached is a transcription of the message he left on Monday...
"Hello, this message is intended for Mr. James Kay. This is agent Hobbs calling from the investigator unit at PTA. I'm calling in reference to a very important matter that was placed in my office that requires your immediate attention. We need to receive a statement of intent from you in reference to case number 5000 17821. Again that case number is 500017821. This is very important and time sensitive matter. You can reach me directly at 404-935-9193. Again I cannot stress how important this matter is if I don't hear back from Mr. James Kay by Friday between the hours of nine or six Eastern standard Time. I will be forced to go through all the taxes necessary to resolve this issue. So it would be in your best interest to contact me "
