The first call I recieved from "ARBITRARY SERVICES" on 3/2/2015 was from a women (who's name I forgot) who kept putting me on hold and speaking with a Jonathan William (who's name I remember) she said that he handled my case file. I was patched over to Mr. William so he could work with me to rectify the debt that they were trying to collect and to hopefully find that the company who I owed money to would give me a second chance and not take me to court. They even went as far as asking me what my problems were in paying the debt off they also had my social security number. At the time of the call I was unable to pay anything or plan any kind of payment for them in the future "thank God". They weren't going to accept payments anyway because they wanted the full amount of $800. I told them there's was no way I was going to pay $800 on a $100 loan. They said they would call back in an hour to see if I had come up with any other resources to which I could pay off the debt. I said ok because I wanted to get some more information about their company and have them send a settlement in writing through the mail. I was dazed and confused about the call to say the least. An hour later the same day "Jonathan William" called back. I asked for details about the debt to be sent to me in writing. He said that he couldn't do that and that I couldn't contact (CASH EXPRESS) because of the pending issue of the company possibly filing suit and taking me to court for fraud. That's what their calling debt now "fraud" when its usually good people that have fallen on hard times. I wouldn't doubt it if these payday loan companies resort to using these jackasses to collect for them even though they use loanskarking and usery to prey on indivduals. Even the Mafia wouldn't charge this much vig. These collection companies use big scary words to try to get you on the phone and most importantly to get your money! By this time I smelled a fish. He kept appealing to me that this was their last effort and my last chance and that the company was going to take me to court if I didn't "rectify" the debt and pay $800 on a $100 loan? I had to laugh when he said this. I asked why this ungodly amount was expected. He said that the payday loan company Cash Express could charge 1000% interest because the debt wasn't paid on time. I remembered the statutes that had just been put into place against these payday loan companies. I also remembered from a debt class I taken that you should always get the debt information in writing as to see what their records show and "never" to make a payment over the phone until you know that the debt amount and company is valid. Also never make a payment if the loan should have expired from time or in ANY case. Some debt will roll off in 7 years ect. and once you make a payment the debt time to collect starts all over. I got off the phone after I figured out this was all pretty much bull$&@*!? They called back the following day and I didn't answer they called the next day and left a crappy voicemail AND they were calling from a Nashville Tn. area code not a Georgia ares code. They called today from a 207 area code. If these blankedy blanks call back again I'm going to give them my attorneys number and see how they chew on that?

Guy calls saying you owe money on a loan then threatened to arrest me. Also uses an app for making 3 way calls and uses your local police dept phone number to make it look legit. It's all a scam I've 3 way him back with the real police and he got caught up. DON'T SEND THIS GUY ANY MONEY!!
