I get a recording saying to please hold for the next operator and that it's important. I'll be damned if I'm going to sit on hold because somebody who does not identify themselves sends me a recorded message to do so.

the person would not give their name, but said they were a legal assistant. Would not tell me what the debt was for, just that I owed money. He got very nasty with me on the phone, said they would garnish my wages and take me to court and jail if I didn't pay the bill. I've written them twice asking to not call me. The calls stop for a short period of time, then resume to about 3 times a day every day.
All I know if they are Capio Partners.
