They called me as well stating they were a Kim Johnson and to call this company called Global with a claim number. Some crap about a default loan and pre litigation and some other nonsense about I have been officially been notified and they will come serve me my papers. Now mind you I have been waiting over 2 weeks to be "served" by Kim Johnson and nothing.I wouldnt worry too much about them because with me they say they are trying to collect on a payday loan with a company.I know this is false because I have never taken out a payday loan in my life.The only loans Ihave ever taken out are my vehicle loans and my mortgage.You should check your credit report though to make sure someone did not get a bill in your name and leave you holding the bag.Chances are this is not the case but better be safe than sorry. Hope this helps.Oh I also called the OKC investigative dept and they said if anyone ever files against you their stuff starts with very specific letters and numbers.So yup I claim this as a scam!!
