Only your student loan servicer or lender can assist with loan relief or support. This type of company may try to offer it to you at a price. Your actual student loan servicer or lender can offer this to you free of charge. Call your actual company!

Message was something like...If you have more than $7000 in federal student loans, press 1 to check eligibility and be connected to a live counselor. Or press 5 now to decline this offer and be taken off our list. No company name listed. When I tried to call back, it said the google subscriber you have called is not available. Please leave a message after the tone.
