caller pretends to be from chase saying that they are investigating possible fraud on your account but in reality they are trying to get you to disclose information. Sometimes they send a text first.
Do not fall for it, call the number on the back of your bankcard only.

Chase Customer Scam..I have been called by this number in the past. I had to report to their supervisor. I was called repeatedly by Chase and cursed out.

It's the number for Chase International. I just notified Chase that I will be traveling out of the country and they provded me with this number in case I have a problem using my bank card.

I live in southeastern MA -received a phone call from this number at 1:06 on 1/20/11. Scared the H--l out of me --- jumped out of bed to answer - nobody there. Called ID said JP Morgan Chase. Today (day off from work) decided to call them and complain and ask them to take my name off their list. I am NOT a customer. Automatic voice on other end said it was their INTERNATIONAL number - hope I don't get charged a lot for that phone call --I hung up immediately. Some kind of a scam??

Got a phone call @ 1:59AM. I have a 5 year old, a 3 year old & a 4 month old that all woke up thanks to this call. If my phone rings at that hour, i expect it to be an emergency, not a call to consolidate debt! REALLY OBSCENE!

I received a call from these clowns at 0235 this AM. No one was there. How can I stop this? I called the number back and was told it was the international number for Chase. WTF?

Says it's Chase Customer Service for customers living OUTSIDE of the United States.
