They're Bangladeshi scum. I fuck with them. Tell them you'll do it. Then ask them who to send money to or how... then tell them you will.

Then tell them you did, with a fake #.

Then tell them that again, changing a # or 2 each time.

Then tell them you made a mistake, that you're upset and scared and just want this to go away, tell tgem you're sorry...

Then give them a fake # again.

Then change a few # as you're still upset and making mistakes... you just want this to go away.

Lather, rinse, repeat... fake numbers, confusion...

Send the smelly fuxk to the store 10 or 20 times chasing money thats never there.

Then tell them youre scared and need to know they're really an IRS agent.

Ask him for a photo of himself with todays paper in view and a dead fish in his right hand.

Tell him youll semd the money right away upon receipt.

Save all the information you gather.

My phone has caller control on it, and automaticaly tells me it's a scam. This one is an IRS scam.
