i received a voice mail & lady says her name is Brenna & it was in regards to a bill with Blue Cross & Blue Shield & if I don't pay the bill it will be turned in. When I called back the lady was Shenna & VERY rude wanted by phone number to pull me up on the account. I advised her it was a wrong # and I don't have an account there. She would not let me speak with Brenna & says she has to have my information.
