I don't understand why most everyone on this blog ANSWERS UNKNOWN numbers???? DON'T ANSWER! They WILL GIVE UP! YOU PAY THE BILL; No one if forcing you to answer. THESE ARE SPOOF CALLS. The minute you "invite" them into your house by answering your phone from a number you don't even know; they've gotcha! Quit answering and/or calling back.
