when person called they left message and said it was important. when returned call, representative would not listen when I tried to explain things to him. I told him to file with Medicaid and he said they didn't except Medicaid (which I found out who he was representing they informed me they did). he then threatened to sue me and hung up. I called back and got another person and she would not let me explain things and then she hung up on me. I called back several times and asked for a supervisor and was hung up on or told one was not available. called several more times and got voice mail. the man I talked to was named Rodney. the woman's named I never got.
