Received a call from Oklahoma from a Walter Brown wanting to buy my Mayan time share. Said his lawyer would handle everything. His lawyer said his name was Thomas Mason - found out it was a fake, the real Thomas Mason is a real lawyer who is retired in California. Claimed he was now working for Guarantee Federal Title as their escrow officer. Company listed their address as 101 Park Ave, Oklahoma - never maintained an office there. They eventually ask you to wire the Mayan's transfer fee direct to them as they had to pay it separately. The whole thing is a scam and all the people and company associated with it.
