refinance my credit card to a lower interest rate
The call message purposes to lower your credit card interest rate and to press 1 to speak to a representative and 2 to take your number off their call list (but they keep calling). They do not identify any credit card company or provide any specific information
the recorded message was in reference to credit card services and reducing interest rate. The recorded female voice was from a Heather. I pressed the 1 key to speak with a person, name Rock, to find out why they were clling and the person disconneced the call. My caller ID provided the phone number. The name provided was Montana.
