the message claims that my home is being foreclosed upon and new owners are attempting to lock me out of my home. The telemarketer is offering foreclosure prevention service. I do not own a home and so am obviously not experiencing a foreclosure. It's a complete scam.

it said i was being foreclosed on and if i wanted to stay in my home to press a certain number. if i did not want to stay in my home and/or to be taken off the list to press "3", which i did and now i get calls from different numbers

Same damn loan modification scam, just a different caller id name and number. They have tried same damn scam on me using two different numbers on me more recently: 425-390-8120 (Service Dept.) and 414-877-0600 ("Important").

Don't do anything with them! Report them. Possible attempt at identity theft!!!

They called on 11/14/11 and was told not to call again. They assured my name would be removed from their call list within 72 hours. On 12/22/11 they started calling again. What assholes.

Received a call from this number on 12/06/2011 at 10:22 PM. Since this number did not belong to my list of contacts, I chose not to answer the call. No voice message was left. Later, my online research revealed that this is very likely a spam/ scam phone call.
