"Cardholder services" calling- offering lower interest rates on credit cards... I have received the same or similar calls many times. Toward the end, they ask you to press "1" to be connected with a live operator. I have done so before and told them I am on the no call list and they should remove me. Once the person just laughed!! This is outrageous! Can you please unplug these robocalls?
