While I did some research about this UNKNOWN number which does nothing but register it as "Anaconda, MT" as well as makes outgoing calls out of the blue!, I'm now very surprised that if I did answer this UNKNOWN call before it became these annoying silent hang up calls, it actually had a voice recorded message about "Reliant Electricity" which is located out in Houston, Texas, their real working number is 1-866-222-7100 EXT. 5 & EXT. 5 to keep them aware of this SCAM FRAUD!
