Credit card account balance/interest rate reduction. The recorded call implied that my credit card account was in jeopardy and that by dialing "1" I would be connected to someone who could help.
This type of call comes in to my home at least once per month and is completely bogus. I do not maintain open credit card balances. The call begins "We are calling about your account" but never describes "my account".
