calling after you've asked them to stop, calling at 9:45 Sunday night (waking people up) is not acceptable. I asked if they knew what time it was on a Sunday night, she said yes. I advised she woke me and stop calling, I hung up. looks like there are alot of complaints on this company, they need to be shut down

This company, ER Surveys, has called me FOUR times a day and I am sick of it.
These folks are ER Surveys. I tried to ask them who they were and why they were calling, and even though the caller was a humanoid (vs. a machine), she would not stop talking and listen. So I hung up. Is there any way to block these calls? Aren't they violating "do not call" (my phone is on that list)?
