Said I owed $2768 and said they were trying to keep me out of court. Offered pay-off of 3 or 4 months in a certian amount.

i cant believe that there is people out there doing this dpnt they hae anything better to do there should be something that can be done about this.

This company called me, again for about the 3rd time this month, saying that I owed them money from a debt I had that had already been settled almost a year ago, when I told them that again they said I needed to fax them that imformation, I said I would not as it has my personal information on it and they then procedded to tell my they were going to contact the HR department at my work and suggested the next time I needed money I should stay off the lines if I didn't want to be harassed and Hung up, So I called back asking to speak to a manager and who it was that as they said "hired them" to collect this debt and they hung up on me. A third time I called and again asked for a manager they put me on hold and then said no one was available so I told them that this was harassment and recited the dates and times of their phone calls to me she tried to say that it was not I told her that I would press charges and she hung up. CALL BLOCK THIER NUMBER THEY ARE SCAMMERS I will be filing a report with the FCC and the BBB

Initially an enhanced robotic voice claimed he was calling to let us know we were facing charges.
I immediately told him to quit scamming people and to not call back.
Robotic voice changed into an angry human.
He immediately starting telling me I must not be uneducated, and on and on.
I told him he was being recorded, and he kept on putting me down.
So much for the "do not call list", and especially for the corporations selling our info.
NO MORAL COMPASS!

Just received a call from these people. They are debt collection scammers. Ask them for there toll free number and the physical address. They will tell you for security reasons they can't give out that information its because they are debt collection scams.

Got a call from the number listed above who stated that they were calling from The State of California Fraud Division and that my niece had given them my number. Was going to pass info along when I checked the area code and realized that California would not be using a number in Billings, Mt for fraud calls . The State of CA would put it in writing and serve her. What idiot scammers. Makes me wonder why people are so crooked they could harass someone into paying for something they don't even owe. They need to be stopped!!!

I have received calls from this number as well. I called back the first time - the operator stated they were trying to reach my Ex-Husband - "REALLY" I haven't had ANY contact with him in over 15 years!!!! The operator stated that my number was associated with his account - He doesn't even know my number! I told that operator to take my number off the account and Do Not Call Again.
And again today received another call to which I again called back - spoke with a "Cindy" she stated the company was Pre-Trial Processing - I gave her the information about my Ex-Husband - she stated that they had already spoke with him to disregard the call - I stated NO I would not and was in the middle of a Rant when she Hung Up on me.
I straight away called back and got her once again Immediately asked for a supervisor was on hold for a moment and another operator answered when asked his name he stated "Joel Anderson" I asked if he was a supervisor with No response and a pause again I asked if he was a supervisor and all I heard was "Hello" (as if he didn't hear me) I said Hello are you a supervisor again No response and a pause so I YELLED "You F-n B@st (you get the meaning)" - Oh that got his attention he could hear then and stated " Well now maam I hope you don't kiss your mother with that mouth" - my reply

I WILL be seeing what I can get done about these scammers with the FTC - BBB - Telephone Co. and ANYONE Else that take a complaint on them!

Unable to understand caller, he stated third party action for legal matter. I denied I was the person he was asking for then he asked for my ex-mother-in-law. Since, I would not engage his phone call, he stated he would report me to Marion County.

Received call from recorded message, or computer, stating my name, stating loss mitigation and pending immediate legal action against me for a debt, which is already time-barred. and they do not even have the correct data at all.

Called stating I need to pass info to a 3rd party about a legal action. 3rd party has no knowledge of this.

Called claiming he was collecting for a third party for settlement and if I would be subpoenaed for charges of credit card fraud with card I never had.
