It was my (NOT!) good buddy Rachel from Cardholder Services again, on my cell phone, at 1:52pm. My area code is 609. How many years is it going to take for the federal govt. to decide that putting these guys out of business is of a sufficient priority to actually to do it? Given our govt's proclivity for collecting data on everyone, you'd think they'd have enough to work with by now.
