Called 2 days in a row and left message threatening to take me to collections for multiple pending matters. Person left the message with an automated voice at the end with the number. I have no open matters in collections

Taped female voice said "This message is for..." and then said "Rita" in a male voice - but no Rita here. Then made vague threats about an "unresolved matter". Obvious scam.

Continues to call everyday, leaving increasingly threatening messages...all taped. Very vague, now they say they are contacting "Human Resources" at my work to move forward...but they need to know my work address, employer, etc. lol They even left this same message on a relatives phone VM. I have no collections on my credit report.

Received a cal from a 406 number on my voicemail today. Basically telling me that a bill will be going to collections. Honestly besides one medical bill that I just received on Friday; that I know could be in reference the caller might be inquiring about, but I am not sure. All my other bills are pretty much in good standing and the ones I know are in collections; I have been working on getting them satisfied and paid off. I am not sure what this person would want.

I have been working to get my credit up and working with my "known" collection agencies on paying off my balances. The amazing thing is if you go to Credit Karma/credit report it tells you who you owe, address, etc. I looked up the number that called me on, and no one on my report has a 406 number. So I am not sure who or what this could be. A while back I got a call from someone trying to collect on a credit card that is over 10 years old. When I received that call; I called legal shield and they told me that the statue of limitations is up where I live in three years. They told me if they called again to refer them to my legal company. This might possible be under the same thing. I have no clue who these people are or what they want. I do not and I will not pay any bill till I have a notice or some paper work in my hand. I will have to wait to see if they call again but I think this is a scam but who knows in today's world. I trust no one who calls me with vague information....sounds off.

These people called my parents. Like really....called my parents. My dad is a retired cop and he stated that the scams are up and going again. Of course this seems to happen every year around tax season. When they called a second time my father chewed them out and told them to never call his number again. I tried calling them today and I got a recording that stated "your call can not be connected at this time. Please check the number".....or something of that nature. The funny thing is that the number I called is the one the lady left me on my voicemail, A sign that something is up and that something is not right. I worked in a few call centers and you always either get a person or a message of the hours of the call center. So I will do what a lawyer once told me.....wait to see if they contact you again and do not give them any information. I do have bills and are working to get them paid off. So if anyone is reading this......please be careful. These people seem to be scammers.

2 people using an automated voice for my maiden name claim to have "orders" or "claims" and even give a reference number. Threaten legal Action

Complete scam, be careful. When I call back it says the number has been disconnected. I have automatically blocked their call, but they leave 2 or 3 messages a week. Annoying

Remember people if you are in collections they should always give out their name and company of the collections. If you are in collections and answer “yes this is (name)” you set up yourself another up too 7 years in collections all over again and depending what state you live in. Check your credit report even Credit Karma. But most likely this is from a very old collection you may have owned in the past just don’t answer and put a block. IMHO

I called number back knowing I have none in collections. It's a voice mail of a man m9 company name very aggressive voicemail. I informed them I do not appreciate false claims and threats.
