He claims to be from a Medical legal business and a class action lawsuit. Then he claims he has my medical records and asked that I confirm which type of birth control I've used in the past. Even though I insisted I DID NOT use any of the birth control products he named he kept insisting I did and tried to get me to verbally confirm this to him repeatedly.

Yes, same exact problem. Just received my first call today, and I imagine there will be more. Guy claims to be Michael, but has a very thick Indian or related accent. He says he is from the "Medical Services Department," and when I ask him his company name and address, he just keeps blathering on about getting money for me concerning some kind of medicine I may have taken or procedure I may have had. He wanted me to confirm that I had taken this medication, but his accent was so thick that he was unintelligible. I asked him to spell the name of the medication, several times, but he seemed not to understand me.

Exasperating! I have blocked the number, but I'm sure I'll be hearing from him again, and he, or someone else in that call center will be using a different number. I've also been deluged by people who claim that I have a computer problem, and want me to log on. They've used bunches and bunches of numbers, and I've blocked them all.

I may be forced to change my cell phone number.

Man with heavy accent & very difficult to understand keeps calling me about medical information. I've told him multiple times to stop calling me & that if there is something needed from me he can send me something in writing. He cannot explain what the company he works for is other than to keep telling me it's Medical Services Co.

I get several calls a month from this number. The caller is always an Indian male who gives an American name. I have asked repeatedly to be taken off their call list and even got in a heated argument last time. They call about birth control and keep repeating themseleves when you ask questions.

This group calls my cell phone several times a month and each time I ask to be removed from the call list. They state they are calling from Medical Compensation and I may be entitled to a money if I can confirm what kind of birth control I have used. The voice sounds Asian Indian, but they always give an American name. I am aghast that a company would call asking for that kind of personal medical information. I have expressed SEVERAL times I do not wish the to participate, and caller gets aggressive. One time he called me right back because he thought I did not understand him.

promised me they did not have anything to sell and that I had one a prize - I told them I am on the do not call registry and hung up. this is the 5th time they have called me... i deleted the other times/dates but have ones below

Couldnt pronounce my name and a,lot of nouae/talking in back. Obvious call center.
