I don't answer these calls, but they are able to leave short voice mails. Mine was exactly the same, hard to understand until the end.

The call today from this number was a Social Security scam. It was a recording.

Piece of crap female voice claimed my "social" had been discovered used in illegal activity and would be "suspended" if they didn't hear back from me. Ridiculous nonsense!
