Recorded call (ID'd repeatedly, so this time I answered the "Press one" prompt). Then a voice ID'd as "Johnathon" with Mastercard/Visa. I advised I'm on "DNC List, a $10k fine is liable and said, "You can connect me with your manager. or I'll file the complaint. What do you suggest? He answered, "I suggest you suck my d***." and hung up.

Other calls have been received, but they weren't answered or were immediately hung up.

Keeps calling even after 'opting out'. Spoke three times to a person to have calls stopped and was told 'tough luck' today. Original call is recorded from Rachael, opting out doesn't work and speaking to people doesn't either.

They were wanting to lower my credit and offering services, when I do not have a credit card. A 2nd call come from 408-412-4097 same speech as other number. I was given 800 numbers to be taken off the call list but when calling them they did not know what I was talking about.
