Scammers they just use any number they can robo calling are either voip. Either way they are scams. They come crawling out of their nest or cave or should I say hiding places. But they can't hide much longer as tracking is easy to do now even on unknown numbers. They catching up to the scammers so that said just never answer a phone call from unknown numbers you never seen or heard of. If it's important believe me they will leave a detailed message saying that very thing. If they say you got a loan and you never gotten a pay day loan then you know it's a scam. Anything dealing with cruises, payday loans, diabetic monitor or medicine, the IRS, job from home, home security systems, liars so called lawyers saying they are suing you, medical bills, new car approved, you won money, AND NEVER SEND MONEY THREW WESTERN UNION OR ANY MONEY DON'T SEND IT NO WHERE UNLESS YOU GET IT IN WRITING THREW THE MAIL!! IT'S ALL SCAMS!!!! NEVER ANSWER THAT PHONE FROM UKNOWN NAMES OR UNKNOWN CALLS!!
