Annoying; too many calls

They called and said they were from my credit card company and wanted to lower my credit card interest rate. I said Ok and asked who did he think he was speaking with. He said, "I'm sorry sir I can not give you that information". Hahahaha what joke, gets caught in his own scam. How are you going to lower my rate when you don't know who you are talking with.
