since they are scammers trying to get credit card numbers from people, not a collection agency, I doubt that they're at all scared of the laws that apply to collections agents. I have NO debts that are not being paid, and NO credit cards. They keep saying I have a limited amount of time to lower my interest rate, but the call did not come from my credit union (holds my auto loan and consolidated student loans) and I have never had a credit card, so what interest rate are these morons thinking they can lower? IT IS A SCAM! I have been receiving calls from these idiots, from different phone numbers, for over a year. I have repeatedly asked them to take me off of their list, which they won't do, they just call me back from a different spoofed phone number
