Offering help in Lowering my interest rate on my credit card. They do not identify their name nor provide their name on Caller ID. I am on the do not call list yet they call me sporadically.

caller ID shows call originated with a florida #, however "the # is not in service"

talked to human and asked to get off list. They said that won't ever happen. When I said it's time to report them to the authorities their response was "That's Fine". Nothing like being bold to a fault.

(Mortgage) refinancing - has called me something like 15-20 times over the last year, always changing their phone numbers, though most have a '9999' as their last number. Contacted my phone company to block, but they said they can only do on specific whole phone numbers, not portions of numbers, etc, so while several blocks are in place, they're effectively useless. Have tried either picking up sometimes or calling them back to get them to take me off their lists. The one time I actually got in touch with someone they hung up on me. On callback, it just infinitely rings.
