credit card services. I did talk to a LIVE CSR...who, as always hangs up on a request to stop calling. I have complained to the FCC many times and they KEEP on calling!

"Lower My Interest" cardholder service. These people call me several times a week and I told them I don't even carry a balance on credit cards and to please stop calling. I have told them this repeatedly but they refuse to stop calling. This is harassment! They are horrible!!! The phone # they called from is 407-476-5501. I will testify to their repeated calls but didn't keep track - but I will now. They need to be sanctioned!!!

it gives an opportunity to lower ones interest rate on credit cards. I have no need for such a service and advised them of this.They called again a few hours later. Again I told them to remove my name from their list. I was advised that they could not do that because "no one cares." I have had several calls from this organization in the past months. Please help me to get off their list.

There is nothing wrong with your credit but lower your interest rates before it's too late! I have had multiple calls and then pushed the number they say to be taken off the list. I have also pushed the number for the customer service representative and told them to take my name/number off of their list or I would report them to the BBB or FCC but they just hang up. Help! One of their other numbers is 407-565-9999. I'm making an educated guess on the dates below but they seem to be coming once a week or so. When I checked this number on Google search there were multiple complaints about them.

heard same voice from the 2 #s on answering machine, additional phone # from caller id with same voice with similar message listed below,---similar message to lower interest rates...eligibility to lower interest that was expiring, final notice call before next billing cycle, final notice as it relates to the financial stimulus
