I have it memorized by now! "Hi this is Rachel from cardholder services. There is no problem with your account. It us urgent that we speak to you regarding lowering your interest rate. Press 1 to speak to a customer representative. Press 3 to discontinue further calls". I have pressed 3 for months now and they still call up to 8 times a day. I have stayed on the line on hold for over 30 minutes to speak to a rep and requested they stop calling, the "rep" hung up on me and the calls continue. I've been on hold for 40 minutes and then the call is answered and disconnected a second later.
