reduced rates on credit card. they imply that they represent a credit card already in my possession by stating that there are no problems with my card, but by pressing 1, i can receive a reduced rate that is expiring soon, or by pressing 3,you can opt out.After several calls over the past year and opting out,I told the representitive that I wanted to talk to a supervisor.She sneered a laugh and cut me off. This was the second time we verbally talked to a representative to complain. Our phone number was originally a land line that we ported over to a cell phone. WE have been receiving these calls for well over a year.

It says that they're calling concerning my credit card account. That nothing is wrong, but that I have limited time to take advantage of lowering interest rates. Once waited through and pretended to be interested, asking which credit card, how they had obtained my information. They said that they were hired by Equifax and the other rating agencies.
