"Rachel" w/ Cardholder Services with offer to lower interest rate to 6%. Numerous times I have chosen option to be removed from this company's calling list - to no avail. Today, I chose option to speak live to representative. I spoke with Jason w/ Account Management. He said his company represents 551 lenders and we are up for a review to lower our interest rate. He said it is not his company's fault that we continue to recieve these calls, but rather our credit card holders idea. He said it could be Visa, Mastercard, etc.. that has us up for review to lower our interest rate. These calls from this company are predatory and harassing in nature, and I do not for 1 minute believe this is generated by Visa. The calls happen several times a week. I have recently reported some of the calls to FCC, but I cannot catch them all. Please do something...
