The message is if I want to lower my credit card rate. They call at least once per week from different phone numbers and different states but it is the same company. They give you the opportunity to have your name removed from thier call list but they don't. If you choose the option that you want to talk with someone to lower the rate and then ask to be removed they hang up on you. When I call back it again gives you the opportunity to remove your name but still does not. When calling back if you choose to speak with a live operator it goes to a mailbox that is full.
