Reduce credit card interest rates. I do not have and have never had an outstanding balance. Cards are paid in full every month.

They are advertising that they can lower our interest rate on our credit cards and that this is our "second and final notice". We've received about 10 of this calls this year. THey also call from other phone numbers as well.
407-476-5689 is one of the other numbers.
We have asked them to stop calling EVERY TIME. We have "pressed the 3 button" to make the calls stop. Everything we can think of.
