These people won't quit calling! When you press a number to ask to be taken off their list they just hang up on you. When you press "3" to be removed from their call list, they just call you from another auto dial phone number. So far over the past two years I get at least one call a week on both my cell and home. Same automated message, different phone numbers.

Merchant is "Card Services" they offer to reduce credit card debt and want your credit card number. I can never complete a call--they hang up. There msut be a commercial motive somehow--or it is outright fraud and they just want your credit card.
