Answered the call. Male at the other end, very fuzzy sounding, polite. Asked for someone I never heard of, possibly a fake name "Tomasinaraga" or something. Told them they had the wrong number. Guy mumbled something and hung up.

Through its name "capital management" the company initially creates the perception that the call is in regard to an existing financial relationship or other urgent matter (i.e., debt collection; investment; banking; credit agency; identity theft; and/or estate, etc.) while it's true purpose according to the Internet appears to be selling vacation time shares.

The call directs the recipient to contact the "capital management" firm and creates the perception that the call is in regard to an existing financial relationship or other urgent matter (which could be interpreted any number of ways: i.e., debt collection; investment; banking; credit agency; identity theft; and/or estate, etc.) while it's true purpose is to sell vacation time shares - a fact that is not disclosed. This is a well disguised ruse - a form of bait and switch - where the pretext of the call is misleading and left open to interpretation in an obvious attempt to skirt the law.

As stated previously, the company sells vacation time shares, and the recording falsely gives the impression their is an existing relationship or financial urgency when it is nothing but bait to phone into their call center.

The call is misleading with the "Capital Management" name inducing recipients to leap to the incorrect conclusion the call is about financial services, possibly debt collection, identity theft, credit card fraud or even investment services or possibly an estate - but it is a vacation time share. PUT THESE CALLS TO A STOP AND PROSECUTE THIS COMPANY!
