It is a PayPal debt collector. I just kept pushing numbers until I got to a real person. I wasn’t really nice at first I called her a fraud and a scam artist. That I had all ready paid my bill off and spoke to PayPal directly. They told me I had paid them completely when I talked to PayPal, come to find out the credit card side is completely different than just the PayPal credit and PayPal.

These people call up to SIX times a day!!! Even at 7:30 pm which has to be 9:30 pm Orlando time!!! I thought robo calls are outlawed!? I have them blocked but the number comes up first & gets cut off! Do they really think I'm going to answer if they keep calling?! Now I just laugh! Someone needs to stop these people!!
