They say they will give us a better credit card rate and call them selves Bank Card Services. Seems to be a fake company fishing for info.
They have called about 2 or 3 times a week for the past several months but I have not started documenting util now.
We told them to never call us again and they called back and threatened us saying they "have our information and know where we live". That threat came from another number- "Florida" 407-565-9999.

(This is your card member services, call us immediately about getting a 6% reduced interest rate. Push 3 if you want to be removed.) I have received 3 other calls from this place, and have pushed 3 each time, but continue to receive these calls. These calls are NOT from my credit card company. Today I pressed (1) to speak to someone, and they asked If I was calling regarding their offer to get a reduced interest rate , I said, NO , and was calling to see if they new the penalty for calling someone on the DO NOT Call list, and they immediately hung up on me.
This same company has called me three times prior this week.
