How do we put them in jail?
Got the call minutes ago. When I see unfamiliar phone number, I pick up but say nothing. Most of time the other side will hang up if not a real call. But this one spoke. I could hear it was from a recorder with foreign accent. I know it is a scam. About half hour earlier, I got a call from 213-141-5163 saying the similar thing, IRS has filed a lawsuit against me... BS.
