HE IS A SCAMMER. They called my wife saying we got picked from a 'government lottery' for $8,500. "Marvin Johnson" said he needed $310 from me first as a 'security deposit'. YEAH RIGHT. He gave me a 'government website' that was a .com and when I called him out on that he changed his mind and said it was a .gov. I argued with him for fun for 10 minutes before HE got frustrated with me and told ME not to call him back.
