A recording stated I could reduce my credit card interest rates. I should press "1" to speak to a representative. When I did, and again asked the name of the company, I was told "Account Services". The person said they worked with credit card companies and could reduce my rate. They did not know anything about me or my card(s). When I tried to get information about the company, they hung up.

I don't remember the name of the company but they are offering credit cards with low APR, they call almost every week. I usually talked to a live person to let them know my number is in the "do not call registry" and they usually hang up the phone on me and the same happens if I ask to talk to a supervisor.
